As a classroom teacher, I know how many decisions educators make every day—and how easy it is to keep moving without enough time to really think through them.

I created Phased Masteryā„¢ because I don't believe stronger instruction comes from simply adding more strategies. It begins with greater clarity about what students are learning, how that learning develops, where they are within it, and what should come next.

That belief guides everything we build at Phased Mastery™—helping educators understand the learning more deeply and use that clarity to make more intentional instructional decisions.
