I created Phased Mastery because I believe educators don't need more strategies. They need greater clarity about when, why, and how to use the strategies they already know.
My hope is that this framework helps you slow down with purpose, strengthen your instructional decision-making, and build the confidence that comes from teaching with greater intention.
